**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Croissant Expertise**: Prepare, laminate, shape, proof, and bake croissants to perfection, ensuring consistency in texture, flavor, and appearance.
- **Bread and Pastry Production**: Create a variety of artisanal bread, cakes, pastries, and other baked goods according to recipes and production schedules.
- **Recipe Execution & Development**: Follow and enhance established recipes, while contributing innovative ideas for seasonal or specialty items.
- **Quality Control**: Monitor baking times, temperatures, and ingredient quality to ensure optimal results across all products.
- **Inventory Management**: Manage stock levels of ingredients, track usage, and coordinate reorders to minimize waste.
- **Hygiene & Safety**: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with the baking team to meet production goals and ensure smooth daily operations.
- **Customer Satisfaction**: Ensure that all baked goods meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
Pay: AED900.00 - AED1,500.00 per month
