We are seeking for General Accountant for our organization to ensuring that companies and organizations have accurate financial records. They commonly work with a team of other accountants, auditors, and finance professionals to ensure that all transactions are properly recorded and accounted for.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Reviewing all financial transactions for accuracy and ensuring that accounting records are up to date
- Preparing financial statements, tax returns, and other reports based on standard accounting practices
- Providing reports to management regarding the financial status of the company, including trends over time
- Preparing budgets and forecasting future cash flow needs based on forecasted sales figures
- Reviewing financial statements and recommending adjustments to improve accuracy of reporting
- Managing accounts payable and receivable, including collecting payments and identifying potential risks of non-payment
- Preparing reports on financial activities, such as sales figures, cash flow projections, and inventory levels
- Reviewing purchase orders before they are processed to ensure that they comply with company policies
- Reviewing financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks to make strategic business decisions

**Other Responsibilities**
- Supervise all regular accounting processes such as A/P and Journal Entries plus monthly closure accounts.
- Organize all company financial programs and ensure compliance to budgetary requirements.
- Analyse and forecast financial requirements for organization.
- Supervise and ensure efficient working of all financial transactions in organization.
- Monitor and implement all accounts payable check activation and wire transactions.
- Assist departments in account reconciliation process on monthly basis.
- Monitor authorized account reconciliation process.
- Administer all bank transactions and oversee data recording procedures monthly.
- Provide support to auxiliary schedules for auditing purposes as per assigned work.
- Analyse different general ledger accounts regularly.
- Develop budgetary plans for processes as per requirement.
- Prepare journal entries and synthesize common ledger for subsidiary accounts.
- Collate bank statements on monthly basis.
- Design and prepare audit schedules for external audit processors.
- Provide support to safe keeping of internal expenses in company.
- Monitor account reconciliation, tax, and calculations inclusive of cost accounting plus factory data recording processes.
- Manage and maintain finance related programs and documents inclusive of future and programs.

**Requirements and Skills**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic is plus.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Accounting Software’s like SAP, ORCALE.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ras al-Khaimah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- General Accounting: 4 years (preferred)
