RPA Business Analyst

Location: Dubai

5 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst in process improvement and system requirements/implementation

Experience with Process Improvement/Workflow mapping tools (e.g. Visio)

Familiarity with Automation Life Cycle (ALC) methodology a plus

Experience as a SPOC (Single Point of Contact) for interfacing between business users/stakeholders to answer any queries that arise during the development and testing of an automated solution

Familiarity with Agile software development processes

Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills

3+ years of experience as a techno-functional analyst in RPA technology, a plus Experience with RPA software requirements development (PDDs & SDDs), a plus Business Analyst certification from Automation Anywhere, UiPath, a plus

Pay: AED9,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
