Operations Manager

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manages, delivers, and exceeds expectations for owners and our guests by running the operations with military precision.
- Reviews, assesses and implements improvements to current operational procedures
- Improves the performance of employees through a streamlined process
- Procures services and materials as per department requirements
- Ensures compliance on policy and procedure by all employees
- Train and mentor staff on best practice
- Trouble shoots issues as they arise with calm, common sense approach and good judgement
- Ensure projects/tasks are completed within the specified timeframes
- Undertakes regular meetings with Line Managers to ensure open and beneficial conversations
- Works closely with HR/Recruitment to ensure headcount is maintained at all times
- Works ethically and is compliant to Frank Porter/Legal policy and procedure
- Writes and implements policy and procedure manuals for the department

Ensure team accurately maintain, log, file, submit and store all paperwork for their respective department.

Pay: AED18,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
