**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct training sessions focusing on navigation assessment, fleet standards, and performance improvement.
- Create training materials and content based on course curriculum and industry practices.
- Conduct theoretical and practical sessions in both online and physical formats.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
**Education**: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Maritime Studies, Navigation, or related fields.

**Certifications (preferred)**: Assessor, Arbitrator, or any relevant maritime certification.

**Experience**: Minimum 3 years of experience in marine operations or training.

**Skills**: Strong communication and analytical skills. Experience in training delivery.

**Job Type**: Contract
