Project Supervisor

_Major Duties and Responsibilities:_

¨ _Daily, weekly and monthly reporting to Client and Project Manager on site work progress and issues._

¨ _Maintain proper documentation in site folder for OM and PM to review._

¨ _Coordinate with the Project Manager for planning and setting priorities of the site activities and requirement; assign and distribute duties for teams reporting to him._

¨ _Submit necessary work requests to the client in order to obtain approval for all executed work._

¨ _Ensures availability of proper materials, tools and equipment._

¨ _Ensure safety regulations at site meet Client’s and Organization’s requirements and standards._

¨ _Promote safe working practices and safety consciousness among all project personnel and subcontractors._

¨ _Conduct site safety inspections, job hazard analysis and safety audits on a regular basis._

¨ _Ensure that first aid kit is available on site and easily accessible._

¨ _Conduct accident investigations and submit an accident/incident report to management._

¨ _Ensure that every employee is informed and trained to perform their job in a productive and safe manner._

¨ _Report all absences and illnesses to the HR, if any, every morning on daily basis._

¨ _Prepare and submit material requisition and submit to the procurement department for further action._

¨ _Hold tool box meetings on daily basis._
- Accurate and timely filling of time cards; submit time cards to HR on time._

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Landscaping: 3 years (preferred)

License/Certification:

- UAE Driving License (preferred)
