Fluting Operator

Responsibilities:
- Operating the fluting machine to grind grooves or corrugations into the surface of rollers.
- Setting up and adjusting the machine to ensure that the grooves are cut to the correct depth and spacing.
- Monitoring the machine during operation to ensure that it is functioning properly and making adjustments as needed.
- Maintaining the machine by performing routine cleaning, lubrication, and repairs.
- Keeping accurate records of machine maintenance and production output.
- Communicating with other mill personnel to ensure that production goals are being met and to coordinate maintenance activities.
- Following all safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.
- Performing other duties as assigned by management.

Qualification:
- Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is usually required.
- Experience: Previous experience operating machinery, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment, is preferred.
- Mechanical skills: A good understanding of mechanical processes and the ability to troubleshoot and perform basic repairs is essential.
- Attention to detail: The ability to follow written and verbal instructions, and to maintain accurate records, is important.
- Physical stamina: The work of a fluting operator can be physically demanding and may require standing for long periods of time and lifting heavy objects.
- Safety consciousness: The ability to follow safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment is critical.
- Communication skills: The ability to communicate effectively with other mill personnel and to work collaboratively to achieve production goals is important.

**Salary**: From AED3,000.00 per month
