**Bilingual** **Quality Guide ( English/ German/ Spanish/ French/ Italian)**

Quality Guide, your primary responsibility is to ensure that visitors have enriching and memorable experiences while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. You will lead tours, provide educational insights, and facilitate activities, ensuring that guests receive exceptional service and gain valuable knowledge. Your role is essential in upholding the reputation and standards of the organization, while also promoting a positive and engaging atmosphere for visitors.

**Quality Guide Duties and Responsibilities**
- Lead guided tours, providing engaging and informative commentary on relevant topics such as history, culture, science, or nature.
- Interact with visitors in a friendly and professional manner, answering questions, providing information, and offering assistance as needed.
- Maintain high standards of quality and excellence in all aspects of visitor experiences, including cleanliness, organization, and presentation.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and implement measures to enhance the overall quality of visitor experiences.
- Monitor visitor behavior and activity areas to prevent accidents, mitigate risks, and address any safety concerns promptly.
- Provide guidance and assistance during emergency situations, coordinating with relevant authorities and staff as needed.
- Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to coordinate tour schedules, share resources, and ensure the smooth operation of visitor experiences.
- Work closely with management and staff to implement quality improvement initiatives and address any issues or concerns that may arise.

**Quality Guide Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as tourism, hospitality, education, environmental science, or cultural studies preferred.
- Previous experience in guiding, education, tourism, or customer service roles is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and interact effectively with diverse groups of people.
- Strong presentation and storytelling abilities, with a passion for sharing knowledge and insights with others.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and risk management practices in a visitor or tourist environment.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service and experiences for visitors.
- Excellent English is a must.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
