Mobile Phone Storekeeper

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Inventory Management:_
- Maintain accurate records of stock levels and inventory.
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments of phones and accessories.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of inventory to prevent damage.
- Monitor stock levels and notify management of shortages.
- Prepare and update inventory reports regularly.
- Ensure the store area is clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Sales Support:_
- Assist customers in locating products and providing basic product information.
- Collaborate with the sales team to fulfill customer orders efficiently.
- Suggest additional products such as accessories or services to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Provide occasional support at the sales counter during peak times.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to support customer inquiries effectively.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a storekeeper, preferably in the mobile phone or electronics industry.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, etc.).

**Additional Requirements**:

- Ability to lift and move moderately heavy items when needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
