**Product Manager - Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates**

**dopay **is looking for an enthusiastic **Product Manager** in the United Arab Emirates to join its Instant Cashless Payroll product team. You will play a key role managing the roadmap and the delivery of new features on our recently launched “_dopay for business_” platform, to increase the engagement of our corporate users and accelerate growth and revenue for our company.

You will report to the Head of Product and will work hand-in-hand with product design and technology, and will represent our customer’s voice in the payroll cross-functional product Squad. You will also collaborate with the leadership team and other business areas such as customer success, sales and marketing.

**Requirements**:
**What you will do**
- You will own the product roadmap for your area and will make sure it’s aligned with the company’s product strategy.
- You will set up product KPIs and will collect feedback from internal and external sources, conduct competitor analysis, and study industry trends to transform the data and information into an actionable product iteration plan.
- You will take full responsibility and ownership of the products you own, making sure that the features we commit to building are in line with our customer, business, and regulatory needs.
- Fundamental to your role is the need for speed and delivery. You will push product development forward, making sure everyone involved has a clear understanding of what problems we’re trying to solve and the requirements at hand. You will also support the handover to operational teams when needed.
- You will contribute creating product hypotheses and ideas, that you will rigorously test until we iterate towards the best solution. You need to be able to define and analyse metrics so you can clearly articulate whether our ideas have substance and provide enough value to make production.
- You will play an active role in the growth of our Product and Technology Team, growing and nurturing the new product squads so they are set to success.

**What you will need**
- A degree in Economics/Business/Finance/Computer Science/Information Systems
- 3+ years hands-on Product Management experience in FinTech start-up or scale-up environment.
- You are an enthusiastic individual who is a good listener, pays attention to detail and is a genuine team player.
- Solid experience in full cycle of product management from scoping to user journeys, to post deployment remediation, and analysing market opportunities.
- You are a Systems Thinker that can focus on the way that a system’s constituent parts interrelate and how customer journeys sit within the context of larger systems.
- You have excellent organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure to balance challenging priorities in meeting tight deadlines.
- You are a truly Agile ambassador.
- Excellent communication skills. You should have all the answers and be the go-to person on the products you own. You can talk through the technical complexities, proposed functionality and expected outcomes for the business and our customers.
- You have real grit and focus on finding solutions, even when it’s exhausting.
