Landscape Outdoor Sales Executive

The landscape outdoor sales executive is responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and driving sales of landscaping services and products. This role involves prospecting new clients, understanding their landscaping needs, and presenting tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Prospecting and Lead Generation**:
- Identify and prospect potential clients for landscaping services, including homeowners, property developers, commercial property managers, and government agencies.
- Research and analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to identify sales opportunities.
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients through regular communication, follow-ups, and personalized service.
- Conduct site visits to assess clients' landscaping needs, understand their preferences, and provide expert advice on suitable solutions.
- **Sales Presentations and Proposals**:
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to clients, highlighting the features and benefits of landscaping services and products.
- Collaborate with landscape designers, architects, and project managers to develop customized solutions that meet clients' specifications and budget requirements.
- **Negotiation and Closing Deals**:
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to secure sales agreements and achieve revenue targets.
- Address client concerns, objections, and questions in a professional and timely manner to overcome obstacles to the sale.
- **Sales Administration and Reporting**:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales pipeline in CRM software or sales tracking tools.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and analyses to track performance against targets and identify areas for improvement.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Proven experience of minimum 5 years in outdoor sales, preferably in the landscaping or construction industry.
- Strong understanding of landscaping principles, techniques, and products used in outdoor environments.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for building rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-driven approach to sales.
- Knowledge of CRM software and sales tools for managing leads, opportunities, and customer relationships.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, landscape design or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
**Additional Information**:
- This is a full-time position based in Dubai, with occasional travel within the designated sales territory.
- Flexible working hours may be required to accommodate client meetings and sales activities.
- Compensation includes a base salary plus commission on attaining the targets provided, with potential for bonuses based on performance
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
