Position Title**:Security Trainer - Freelance**

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop comprehensive training curricula tailored to the specific needs and requirements of clients in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
- Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions on various aspects of security, including but not limited to threat assessment, emergency response, physical security, and surveillance techniques.
- Utilize a variety of instructional techniques and tools, such as presentations, case studies, simulations, and practical exercises, to maximize learning outcomes.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training programs and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay abreast of emerging security threats, trends, and best practices to ensure the relevance and currency of training content.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to align training initiatives with organizational objectives and industry standards.
- Provide ongoing support and mentorship to security personnel, offering guidance and advice on complex security issues as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities, including attendance, evaluations, and feedback, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as security management, criminal justice, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience (minimum 3-5 years) in security operations, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Previous experience in designing and delivering security training programs for diverse audiences.
- Strong understanding of security principles, protocols, and technologies, with knowledge of local regulations and industry standards in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners effectively.
- Professional certifications in security training (e.g., SIRA Certified Security Trainer) are desirable.
- Fluency in English is required, proficiency in Arabic is highly advantageous.
