We are looking for outstanding BTEC Business Teacher with AL / IBDP Business and GCSE experience to join our team at GEMS Wellington Academy Silicon Oasis from September 2024.

**Successful applicants will have**:

- Proven experience of teaching Business Studies at key stage 3, 4 and 5
- Experience teaching BTEC Business with AL / IBDP Business and GCSE
- The ability to share your outstanding practice
- A creative and enthusiastic approach both in and out of the classroom
- A mindset which understands all students have the potential for top performance, and the drive and passion to enable them to do so.
- Excellent IT and interpersonal communication skills to work closely with students and parents
