**Star Football Academy Coachmust be based in **Dubai

**Roles**
- Work closely with the manager and administration to ensure intervention is **targeted** and **data-driven** to improve the learning outcomes of **all students.**:

- As an instructional leader, provide expertise and support to influence differentiation approaches in the given year-level sessions through collaboration, co-teaching, and building capacity in staff.
- Monitor referrals and students at-risk, with special needs, or who need special attention.
- Collaborate with the manager to set strategic direction and processes for the whole academy intervention (including assistant coaches' Intervention).
- Exhibit a high level of interpersonal skills to effectively work with a diversity of key stakeholders across the star football academy
- Develop and implement plans and conduct meetings with coaches and maybe phone calls or meetings with parents to develop these.

**Responsibilities**
- Take attendance
- Pass the daily message to the players
- Identify your player's level and change their group if needed with the help of the manager.

**Daily coaches routine**
- Check lesson plan
- Check your kids
- Check if any students miss ahead photo or photo ID, especially for the kids in the teams. We need an ID photo.
- 1-Message parents directly to upload the photos by sending the username and password and uploading an image and photo for ID.
- 2-Organise to take a photo of the kids by yourself at the end of the class.
- Follow up with the away kids
- Send regular updates about the kids through our system
- Work with follow-up reports, Tryout reports and kids left academy reports.

**These are the topics that the coach should be looking to get in touch with the parents about**
- Feedback message about the improvement during training and behaviour
- Being late all the time to the class
- Need to enrol more days.
- Need to advise the parents to change the registration day to suit their child's needs and abilities.
- encourage the kid to attend the competition event.
- Players' uniforms.

**Duties On the field**,
- Arrive 30 minutes before the class and take attendance from your mobile. The HR responsible will follow the system.
- Check the venue report to the coach that is responsible for health and safety.
- Count your equipment at the end day
- The new kids attending our (tryout session must fill out a feedback form with the admin and communication with the parents for advice on the best days times that suit the child
- check all the kids have been picked up after the session and follow the pickup procedure for each venue
- We need to be aware of what is going on in the venue, what session we need more kids.

**Coaching expecting**

**Before the session**
- Wearing the coaching academy uniform
- Mobile phone kept in the bags
- All the equipment is ready to start the class ( Balls, goals ect )
- The coach needs to read and make sure they understand the session plan. Be mindful of progressions or strategies for the players in their groups. If unsure of the session, there is time to ask for clarification from the head coach.

**Salary**: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
