**Overview of the role**
In a very competitive UAE Luxury Market and challenging economic context, we need an** Aftersales Marketing Manager** who will be primarily responsible to develop and executive marketing strategies and initiatives aimed at driving revenue and customer loyalty in the aftersales division of Toyota and Lexus. This job will play a key role in promoting and increasing the adoption of aftersales products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing profitability.

**What you will do**
- Develop annual Marketing Plan for Aftersales products and service solutions, opportunities, and marketing initiatives to foster loyalty and ensure objectives are achieved.
- Responsible for the creation of marketing Aftersales communication strategies to support programs.
- Responsible for clear process of documents of installation and procedures related to activities to business partners from service and parts.
- Manage and maximize effectiveness of marketing budget and internal accounts for Aftersales Marketing.
- Data Analysis and Reporting - Monitor and analyse marketing campaign performance, customer data and market trends and prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate results and insights to key stakeholders.

**Required skills to be successful**
- 2-3 years of experience in marketing communications in the Middle East, with an understanding of the local culture and context.
- Automotive marketing experience, ideally in aftersales
- Knowledge of vehicle market
- Digitally savvy and extremely curious to be on top of the latest digital trends and to engage stakeholders on future vision.
- UAE National with family book

**About the team**
The role reports to the Marketing General Manager. You will collaborate with aftersales, product planning, Al-Futtaim Automotive Group’s digital, PR and finance teams to ensure proper communication and synergies over the expected targets.

**What equips you for the role**
- Bachelor of Communications in Advertising/Marketing
- 5+ years of experience in communication sector
- 2+ years of experience in the automotive sector
- Excellent time management skills and can easily work under pressure
- Advanced understanding of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
