Grad Trainee

Key Accountabilities

We are looking for a fresh graduate to join us at Emirates Flight Catering in the QHSE Quality Assurance Department.

Coordinate with Department Heads to document departmental work procedures to meet the requirements (as applicable) of the ISO 9001 standards, established policies and procedures of the organisation.
Conduct operational support checks/studies on various operational aspects (product and process) based on departmental needs and customer feedback and provide assessment reports with recommendations.
Assist the Senior Quality Manager/ Quality Manager /Quality Specialist in any special project or events as required.
Carry out QMS Performance Measurements and provide statistical analysis.
Assist in conducting trainings on Quality related topics to EKFC staff and mentor new joiners in Quality Department.
Review and approve quality checks report conducted by junior staffs.
Raise non-conformance reports based on audit/inspections and follow up on corrective action.
Provide support to departmental seniors in planning internal audits, implementing the audit schedule and closing audit action plans in various areas of the business to determine the effectiveness of the established procedures and relevant record keeping practices as per QMS/ISO 9001 standard requirements (as applicable).

**Job Context**:
The Graduate Trainee Program consists of a 24-month departmental rotation which involves on the job training, project assignments covering industry knowledge, functional and management skills. Upon completion of the program, graduates will have gained a comprehensive understanding of the operations with expertise to excel and contribute to the ongoing success of Emirates Flight Catering.

**Requirements**:
Minimum of bachelor*s degree preferably in Quality or Industrial Engineering
Fluency in verbal and written English
Holds a valid UAE Passport
