**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Visa and Immigration Processes**:
- Manage the complete cycle of visa processes, including issuance, renewals, cancellations, and updates for employees and their dependents.
- Handle any issues or queries related to employee immigration and labor compliance.
**Government Liaison**:
- Serve as the primary contact between the company and government authorities such as Immigration, Labor, Economic Departments, and Municipalities.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current labor and immigration laws and inform management of any changes.
- Facilitate the processing and renewal of trade licenses, commercial registrations, and other company permits.
**Documentation and Compliance**:
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of all necessary documents to the relevant government entities.
- Maintain a systematic record of all employee and company documentation, including visa statuses, labor contracts, and trade licenses.
- Monitor the expiration of visas, labor cards, and trade licenses and proactively initiate renewal processes.
**Support to Employees**:
- Provide guidance and support to employees on visa and residency-related matters.
- Assist with onboarding of new hires, ensuring all necessary permits are arranged efficiently.
- Coordinate with employees for required documentation, including passport renewals and visa changes.
**Administrative Duties**:
- Maintain a tracker for visa processes, license renewals, and employee-related government documentation.
- Coordinate with HR and finance teams for necessary payments and documentation.
- Address emergency situations involving government processes or documentation issues.
**Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with government officials and other key stakeholders.
- Act as a representative of the company at government meetings and events, when required.
**Qualifications**:
- ** Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field (preferred).
- ** Experience**: Proven experience (3+ years) in a similar role, particularly in visa processing and dealing with government departments.
- ** Knowledge**:
- Strong understanding of labor, immigration, and commercial laws.
- Familiarity with online portals and systems used by government authorities (e.g., e-channel, MOL, GDRFA).
- ** Skills**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- ** Other Requirements**:
- Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
