**Responsibilities**:

- Research and identify potential clients, markets, and business opportunities through various channels, including online research, industry databases, and networking events.
- Assist in developing and maintaining a database of leads, contacts, and prospects, including organizing and updating contact information and tracking interactions.
- Support the business development team in preparing proposals, presentations, and marketing materials for client meetings and pitches.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, calls, and follow-ups with clients and prospects, and maintain calendars and appointment schedules for the business development team.
- Coordinate with internal departments, including sales, marketing, and product development, to gather information and support business development initiatives.
- Assist in preparing reports, analytics, and insights to track business development activities, evaluate performance, and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide administrative support to the business development team, including managing correspondence, organizing documents, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Assist in conducting market research, competitive analysis, and industry benchmarking to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in business development and sales.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in business development, sales support, or a related role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, documentation, and reporting.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tasks, technologies, and challenges.
