- Evaluate, strategize, and administer suitable treatment options, collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team, which includes various other medical professionals.
- Aiming to deliver comprehensive and high-quality care to all AJHC patients.

**Scope of Job Activities**:

- Identify speech and communication difficulties or disorders in each patient.
- Assess the cause and nature of the problem, whether it's congenital (e.g., cleft palate) or acquired (e.g., after a stroke or injury).
- Develop and implement an appropriate treatment program, either one-on-one or in group settings, to facilitate each patient's improvement.
- Regularly review and adjust treatment methods as needed.
- Provide guidance to caregivers on implementing treatment plans and offer training to other professionals in therapy delivery.
- Prepare comprehensive patient documentation and reports.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate patients' progress.
- Maintain detailed case notes, reports, and information for patients, caregivers, and other professionals.
- Effectively manage a caseload, considering priority cases, waiting lists, successful outcomes, and patient referrals and discharges.
- Collaborate within a team to enhance service delivery effectiveness.
- Conduct personal development reviews with colleagues.
- Offer support to Rehabilitation team members as needed.
- Plan and conduct training sessions when appropriate.
- Maintain communication with the team leader and operations manager as required.
- Promptly report any incidents to the Team Leader.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of rehabilitation care procedures and patient documentation.
- Adhere strictly to organizational policies and procedures.
- Safeguard the confidentiality of all information obtained from the company.
- Initiate and actively participate in quality improvement initiatives and training programs.
- Participate in Audit and KPI training sessions.
- Be flexible and willing to work shifts as dictated by business needs.
- Be prepared to handle any other ad hoc tasks that may arise.

**Qualifications, Skills & Competency Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Speech-language Pathology or Speech and Language Therapy.
- Licensed Speech Therapist in their home country.
- Possess a HAAD/DOH Exam Passer/License.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Physical fitness to effectively carry out assigned duties.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and build strong relationships both within and outside the organization.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

**Essential Requirements**:

- Years of Experience1-2 years
- Must be fluent in oral & written English
- Proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
- Ability to maintain a confidential work environment
- Offer best available and up-to-date evidence-proven care

**Preferred Requirements**:

- Regional License or Eligibility
- Arabic Speaker
