**Interior Fit Out Sales Manager**

Our client is a well-established expanding commercial and residential interior design and fit out organization. As part of their growth we are recruiting a project sales manager to join their Dubai team.

The primary responsibility of the role is lead generation and client acquisition to increase annual revenue.

**Role Summary**

Liaise with MEP contractors, consultants and architects to source new business opportunities for commercial and industrial interior office, retail, hospitality fitout solutions to increase revenue and market share.

Preparation and presentation of sales proposals, RFQs and RFPs, sales forecasting.

Work closely with the project team and clients until contract handover.

**Mandatory Skills & Experience Required**

7 - 10 years’ similar experience and currently working in business development / sales in the UAE in turnkey interior fit out design and build with strong technical awareness of commercial and interior products, fit out and joinery works.

Strong background in cold calling, industry networking and referral marketing and worked in a high revenue client acquisition role in the UAE.

Must have worked on projects valued up to a minimum of AED 150,000.

Strong commercial and financial acumen with effective negotiation skills.

UAE driving license is mandatory.

**Education**

Bachelor’s Degree

Currently living in the United Arab Emirates - must be able to live and work in Dubai.

Fluency in English is mandatory.

Outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
