**_Job Information_**:
**_ _**
- _Organize shareholder meetings, Board of Directors, and Executive Committee meetings for the company and/or subsidiaries._
- _Process various documents required for meetings._
- _Liaise with internal and external departments related to conferences._
- _Notify meeting resolutions and perform various administrative tasks related to meetings, such as booking conference rooms, arranging meeting spaces, and confirming director attendance._
- _Maintain accurate and complete records of company registration documents, including company certificates, memoranda, company regulations, minutes of various meetings, and the register of directors._
- _Provide support for directors’ travel arrangements, including accommodation, transportation, and reimbursement of meeting attendance expenses to Singapore directors._
- _Facilitate communication between company directors, the Human Resources Office, and other company executives regarding matters related to the Company Secretary Office._
**_Job Experience_**:
- **_Education:_**_ Bachelor’s degree in law, business administration, or a related field._
- **_Work Experience:_**_ At least 3 years of experience in organizing meetings and/or secretarial work._
- **_Language Skills:_**_ Proficient in English._
