**Qualifications and Requirements**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 5 years in an HSE role, preferably in Contracting, Warehouse etc
- **Certifications**: NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, or equivalent certifications are mandatory.
- **Knowledge**:

- Extensive understanding of UAE HSE laws, international standards, and industry best practices.
- Expertise in risk assessment and hazard identification techniques.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication and report-writing skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HSE management systems.

**Working Conditions**
- Regular site visits requiring adherence to PPE standards.
- Work environments may include outdoor sites, varied weather conditions, and potentially hazardous areas.

**Key Competencies**
