**Job Description**:

- Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner.
- Take guest orders accurately and provide menu recommendations when requested.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously.
- Attend to guest needs and ensure a positive dining experience.
- Set up and prepare dining areas for service, including arranging tables, setting linens, and ensuring cleanliness.
- Ensure all food and beverages are served according to established standards and presentation guidelines.
- Assist in the preparation and serving of room service orders.
- Assist with the setup, service, and breakdown of hotel events and functions.
- Coordinate with the event planning team to ensure smooth execution of events.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, service stations, and equipment.
- Follow health and safety regulations and hotel policies for food handling and sanitation.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department.
- Upsell additional items such as appetizers, desserts, and beverages to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
- Inform guests about special promotions, menu changes, and new items.
- Work closely with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other F&B associates to ensure efficient service.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving service and operations.
- Assist in training new associates and sharing knowledge about food and beverage offerings.

Desired Skill & Expertise:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a food and beverage role is preferred.
- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- The position may require standing for long periods and working in a fast-paced, sometimes noisy environment.
