Key Responsibilities:

Client Consultation: Meet with sellers to discuss their needs, answer questions, and provide guidance on preparing properties for sale.

Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans for each listing, including professional photography, virtual tours, and online promotion.

Listing Management: Create and maintain property listings on various platforms, ensuring accurate and appealing descriptions and visuals.

Open Houses: Organize and conduct open houses to showcase properties and attract potential buyers.

Communication: Provide regular updates to clients about market activity, feedback from showings, and any adjustments needed in the marketing strategy.

Negotiation: Assist sellers in negotiating offers and terms, ensuring their best interests are represented throughout the process.

Documentation: Prepare and manage all necessary documentation for the listing and sale process, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Networking: Build relationships with other real estate professionals, including agents, inspectors, and mortgage lenders, to facilitate successful transactions.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field preferred.

Valid real estate license in Abu Dhabi.

Proven experience in real estate sales, with a focus on property listings.

Strong understanding of property valuation, marketing techniques, and local market trends.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in real estate software and listing platforms.

Ability to work independently, manage multiple listings, and meet deadlines.

Must be fluent in English (other languages Arabic, Russian, Spanish, Urdu is a Plus Point)

Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
