**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Site Planning and Coordination**:

- Collaborate with the project team to develop detailed site plans, ensuring optimal utilization of resources.
- Coordinate architectural aspects with other disciplines such as civil, structural, and MEP engineers to maintain design integrity throughout the construction process.
- **Quality Control**:

- Oversee the construction activities to ensure adherence to architectural drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues promptly.

**3.Construction Supervision**:

- Provide on-site architectural expertise and guidance to construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Act as the main point of contact for all architectural queries, clarifications, and interpretations, facilitating effective communication between construction crew and design team.
- Monitor the progress of construction activities meticulously, conducting regular site inspections to ensure alignment with architectural blueprints.
- Evaluate workmanship quality, identifying any discrepancies and discrepancies promptly.
- Proactively identify challenges and propose viable solutions to keep the project on schedule and within budget.
- Collaborate closely with project managers and stakeholders, providing comprehensive updates on construction progress.
- Prepare clear and insightful reports for informed decision-making, enabling prompt resolution of concerns

**4.Client Interaction**:

- Engage with clients to discuss any issue related to the scope of work, address concerns, and provide updates on site progress.
- Collaborate with clients to incorporate their feedback into the ongoing construction process when necessary.

**5.Documentation and Reporting**:

- Prepare detailed reports on site progress, highlighting achievements, challenges, and proposed actions to stakeholders and project management.
- Maintain accurate records of site activities, including changes, approvals, and variations to support project documentation.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- 8-10 years of proven experience in site architecture, preferably in medium to large-scale commercial or residential projects.
- Good speaking and written English skills for effective communication with team members and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and 3D modeling tools.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and construction practices in Dubai.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an (international) team-oriented environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality architectural solutions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
