**Requirement**:
We are currently looking for immediate joiner for the post of **LEAD/ HEAD NURSE for HOME CARE DEPARTMENT.**
**Qualification Required**:
Nursing bachelor degree
**Experience**:
Minimum 2 years as Lead/ Head Nurse in Home Care Department
**License**:
Active DOH license
**Skills & Competencies Required**

- Maintains an effective rapport with patients, visitors, physicians, subordinates and other directors
- Good judgment and analytical ability in preparing work for review.

- Creates a calm, business atmosphere that promotes productivity and a positive corporate image, utilizing good public relation skills.
- Works collaboratively with other staff members to provide continuous service to the organization.
- Ability to express self in the areas of communication verbal, written and non-verbal.
- Demonstrates knowledge of current computer system used in the organization.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, verbally and in writing.
- Tolerate frequent interruptions and accommodate readily to changing work priorities.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Establish priorities of care, nursing actions and desired outcomes in a timely manner.
- Demonstrate good communication skills, interacts effectively with patients, visitors and staff. Ensures annual competencies are updated and monitored.
- Keeps own knowledge/skills current. Monitors and ensures appropriate education of staff in the department.
- Attends meetings and trainings pertinent to the department of nursing.
- Follows and develops policies and procedures according to current best evidence in collaboration with the multidisciplinary teams.
- Reports unsafe practice Nursing Manager and Infection Control Link Nurse.
- Conducts ongoing assessments of the clinical environment to ensure appropriate compliance with safety practices.
- Performs appropriate treatments as ordered by physician in an accurate and timely manner.
- Monitors and reports antimicrobial resistance to DOH and Nurse Manager. Must ensure to maintain all data as per DOH standards.
- Assists in performing competencies and annual appraisal for nursing, healthcare attendants and medical assistant staff.
- Documents patient assessment findings, physical/psychosocial responses to nursing intervention.
- Initiates own and staff competence and assists in emergency resuscitative measures as required.
- Maintains confidentiality in matters related to patient, staff and CMC facility.
- Organizes care in a non-judgmental, non-discriminatory manner that is sensitive to the patient's and family's diversity, preserving their autonomy, dignity and rights.
- Follows policies and procedures and ensure staff compliance with the policies and procedures of the Organization.
- Maintains equipment and supplies at the best level to make sure cost effective and cost efficient care. Works with the Biomedical, Facilities and OSHMS to maintain a safe environment
- To work as a team, working on specific locations must be done by pairs, ensuring that every working staff is caring for their own safety.
- In any event or incident, the Registered nurse is responsible for proper communication channels, notifying supervisors on duty and or safety representative first on line.
- To counsel other employees, particularly new employees and young people, of particular known hazards.
Pay: From AED1.00 per month

- Bachelor's (preferred)

- Home Care: 3 years (preferred)
- Lead/ Head Nurse: 2 years (preferred)
**Language**:
- Do you speak Tagalog? (required)
License/Certification:
- Eligibility letter or DOH active license (preferred)
