We are Hiring **Only Arabic Female Studio Manager wedding Management Company Dubai.** (Studio Manager should have good Knowledge of video shoot and video editing also )We are looking for a highly organized studio manager to control bookings made for the studio and to oversee the use of the studio by clients.

As the studio manager, you will also be responsible for liaising with engineers, creating marketing campaigns for the studio, and preparing invoices for clients.

**Studio Manager Responsibilities**:
Assist with the hiring, onboarding and training of all studio staff.

Responsible for lead generation and implementation of marketing strategies to increase membership performance of their assigned studio.

Help manage and participate in events including marketing events. Drive the studio's daily, weekly, and monthly membership goals.

Responsible for overseeing the sales process and systems with all staff.

Respond to member requests, inquiries and concerns with a sense of urgency.

Work with regional teams to ensure adoption of marketing plan.

Responsible for ensuring that the facility is clean, maintained and operationally efficient Ensure all forms, administrative supplies, and studio literature is stocked and visible.

Examples of tasks a Video Editor may need to perform include:

- Meeting with the director to determine production vision.
- Reviewing raw material to determine the shot list.
- Manipulating film and video footage using modern editing techniques.
- Maintaining continuity while moving shots according to scene value.
- Trimming footage and putting together the rough project.
- Inserting dialog, sound effects, music, graphics, and special effects.
- Ensuring the project follows a logical sequence.
- Consulting with the director and production team throughout the project.
- Creating the final cut for broadcasting.

**Video Editor Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in film studies, cinematography, or related field.
- Previous work experience as a video editor.
- Hands-on experience with editing software, including Adobe After Effects, Lightworks, and Premier.
- Creative and artistic skills.
- Familiarity with 3D composition and special effects.
- Portfolio of completed film productions.
- Ability to work to a tight schedule.
- Ability to translate ideas into complete projects.
- Assembling raw footage and transferring or uploading to a computer
- Following a script, screenplay or outline
- Inputting sound to enhance footage, which may include selecting music and writing voice-overs
- Inputting graphics to enhance footage
- Digitally splicing film and video and synchronizing them into one rough cut file
- Improving and correcting lighting, coloring and faulty footage
- Working closely with directors to present a final product that matches his or her vision

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
