**Key Accountabilities**
- Monitor all IOC systems, networks and equipment proactively to ensure availability and performance.
- Manage day-to-day operations activities and Ensure periodic reports are delivered to management in time and with anticipated quality
- Attend day to day LEA Request and meeting the SLA and maintain and update all relevant processes for activities related to the IOC Operations
- Manage vendors and service providers when it comes to Intelligence Operation center.
- Ensure all hardware and software continually supported. And provide status reports on system entities,
- Ensure accurate realization is reflected in the financial system as well as goods receiving
- Conduct ongoing analysis of on the current operations to identify gaps and escalate recommendations to the direct line manager.
- Ensure the existence of up-to-date documentation of network diagrams, system configurations, and assets details
- Interface regularly with other company departments, clients, and partners
- Liaise with suppliers and update the knowledge base.
- Ensure professional response to Low enforcement agency requests, and queries with respect to agree SLA/OLA
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering or computer science.
- International accreditation such as CCNA, MSCE, CISSP is preferred.
**Experience**:
- Minimum 0-2 years of experience in a security management role in telecom industry.
- Excellent understanding of management of security operations center and incident handling.
- Experience using quality assurance techniques and strategies
- Experience balancing stress and workload to ensure success and continuity of operations.
- Excellent Technical background on IP Routing protocols, QOS, MPLS. Firewall, servers etc.
**Skills**
- Excellent understanding of security technologies and solutions such intrusion detection/prevention systems and Security Information and Event Management
- Good knowledge of ethical hacking techniques and methodologies
- Ability to create professional presentations using spreadsheets, pivot tables, etc.
- Knowledge of innovative business processes and best practices to optimize efficiency and ensure team success
- Knowledge of security technology and/or Microsoft proprietary software and emerging industry trends
- Excellent grasp of MS Office Suite and programs to include Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, InfoPath, SharePoint, etc.
- Excellent English oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to interact effectively at various social levels and across diverse cultures.
- Ability to facilitate progressive change.
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude and high motivation level focused on success.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
