**Purpose of Role**
This is an exciting opportunity for a Graphic Designer to join a developing team to further develop their skills and primarily support the online sales division of the business.

Applicants must have the desire and aptitude to learn quickly and take things on board along with being able to work within a small team.

Responsible for creating design solutions which have a high visual impact by listening to and understanding the needs of the business before making design decisions.

Developing creative ideas and concepts, choosing the appropriate media and style to meet the client's objectives.

**Key Accountabilities**
- **MUST** be able to produce Amazon A+ content.
- Create artwork a broad range of sales and marketing materials including images, banners, posts, animations and short animated videos for online sales and general marketing.
- Create artwork for advertising campaigns.
- Image re-touching.
- Create artwork for daily e-shots.
- Assist the design team in the design of retail packaging and label design creation.
- Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts.
- Presenting finalised ideas and concepts to line manager For approval.
- Working with a wide range of media and Artificial Intelligence tools, including photography, computer-aided design (CAD) and more.
- Demonstrating illustrative skills with rough sketches.
- Working on layouts and art working pages ready for print.
- Keeping abreast of emerging technologies in new media.

**Skills and Experience**
Apart from technical and drawing skills, the following is required:

- Passion, enthusiasm, and creative flair.
- A flexible approach when working in a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Good presentation skills and the confidence to explain and sell your ideas.
- Time management skills and the ability to cope with several projects at a time.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Being open to feedback and willing to make changes to your designs.

**Qualifications**
- Graphics Design utilising the Adobe Suite of Programs
- Using AI in Graphics Design

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
