To develop and maintain strategic relationships with key wholesale and retail clients, driving sales growth, maximizing revenue, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The Key Accounts Manager will act as a liaison between the company and its major clients, managing account operations, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver optimal solutions in the kitchen appliances industry.

**Key Responsibility**:
1. Account Management & Client Relations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key wholesale and retail clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing their needs and resolving issues promptly.
- Develop strategic partnerships to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

2. Sales & Business Development:

- Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts and secure new business partnerships.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize account profitability.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.

3. Operational Management:

- Collaborate with internal teams, including logistics, inventory, and customer service, to ensure seamless order fulfillment and delivery.
- Monitor account performance, analyze sales data, and prepare reports for management.
- Develop forecasts and manage account budgets effectively.

4. Market & Product Knowledge:

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences in the kitchen appliances market.
- Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams regarding customer needs and market demands.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training for key accounts when necessary.

- **Project Management**: Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously with a focus on delivering results.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools.
