As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Tobacco Blender to join our dynamic team.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Tobacco Blending**: Utilize knowledge of different tobacco types, including Virginia, Burley, Oriental, and others, to create distinctive tobacco blends. Accurately measure and weigh tobacco leaves, additives, and flavorings according to specified recipes and blending formulas.
- **Equipment Operation**: Operate blending equipment and machinery in a safe and efficient manner, following standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
- **Quality Control**: Conduct quality control checks throughout the blending process to ensure blends meet established standards for taste, aroma, moisture content, and texture.
- **Collaboration with QA**: Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to analyze and evaluate samples of finished tobacco blends. Make adjustments as needed to achieve desired characteristics.
- **Maintaining Cleanliness and Organization**: Maintain cleanliness and organization in the blending area, including proper storage and handling of tobacco materials and equipment.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor inventory levels of tobacco and additives. Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure adequate supply levels.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Participate in training sessions and workshops to stay informed about new blending techniques, equipment upgrades, and industry developments.
- **Adherence to Policies and Procedures**: Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding safety, hygiene, and environmental regulations at all times.
- **Team Collaboration**: Contribute to a positive work environment by communicating effectively with team members and fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration.

Qualifications:

- **Knowledge of Tobacco Types**: Understanding of various tobacco types such as Virginia, Burley, Oriental, and others, including their characteristics and blending properties.
- **Technical Skills**: Ability to operate blending equipment and machinery. Proficiency in accurately measuring and weighing tobacco leaves, additives, and flavorings.
- **Quality Control Skills**: Experience in conducting quality control checks and ensuring blends meet established standards.
- **Collaboration and Communication**: Ability to collaborate effectively with the Quality Assurance team and communicate clearly with team members.
- **Safety and Compliance**: Knowledge of safety protocols, hygiene standards, and environmental regulations related to tobacco blending operations.
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper inventory management in the blending area.
- **Continuous Learning**: Willingness to participate in training sessions and stay updated on industry developments and blending techniques.
- **Team Player**: Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment and contribute to a positive work culture.
- Fluency in English; or other languages is a plus.

**Salary**: AED20,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month
