We are hiring western Full-Time **Group Class Gym Trainer** for our Gym at Mina Rashid Port, Maritime City - Dubai.

We are **AB Fitness **(Sports, Events, Gymnasium, Indoor Sports, Health Supplement Shop, Health Cafeteria & many more).

We are leading Fitness & Gymnasium organization, we are committed to providing exceptional healthcare services to our community, and we are looking for a skilled professional to contribute to our mission.

**Salary**: AED 3000 to 4000 (Depend on experience) plus commission.

**Benefits**:Pick up & Drop facility from Burjuman metro station to gym).

**Important Note**:
2. At least 1 year experience in managing fitness group classes in UAE.

**5. Languages known: Russian, Spanish, Portugal, French, Italian, Greek, German, Dutch, Polish, Romanian, Ukranian, Turkish**.

**Overview**:
As a Group Class Trainer in the vibrant AB Fitness of the United Arab Emirates, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring group fitness participants through dynamic and engaging workouts. This position requires a certified and experienced fitness professional with a passion for helping individuals achieve their fitness goals in a group setting.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Class Instruction**:

- Lead high-energy and motivating group fitness classes, ensuring participants receive a safe and effective workout experience.
- Demonstrate proper exercise techniques, provide modifications, and offer encouragement to participants.
- **Program Design**:

- Design and plan well-structured group fitness sessions, incorporating a variety of exercises and formats to keep classes dynamic and challenging.
- Stay informed about the latest fitness trends and integrate innovative elements into class programming.
- **Participant Engagement**:

- Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere within group classes, encouraging participant interaction and camaraderie.
- Attend to individual needs and offer personalized guidance to ensure participants of all fitness levels feel supported.
- **Safety and Form Correction**:

- Monitor participants for proper form and technique during exercises, making necessary corrections to prevent injuries.
- Stay updated on industry guidelines and best practices related to safety and injury prevention.
- **Continuous Learning**:

- Attend workshops, training sessions, and conferences to stay current with industry trends, new fitness methodologies, and class formats.
- Share acquired knowledge with colleagues and incorporate new elements into class programming.
- **Class Preparation**:

- Prepare and set up the class environment, ensuring that all necessary equipment is in good working order.
- Arrive ahead of schedule to greet participants, answer questions, and create a positive pre-class experience.
- **Feedback and Communication**:

- Seek feedback from participants to understand their preferences and expectations.
- Communicate effectively with participants regarding class schedules, modifications, and any relevant announcements.
- **Promotion and Marketing**:

- Support the marketing efforts of the fitness facility by participating in promotional events, photoshoots, or marketing materials as needed.
- Contribute to social media content showcasing the energy and benefits of group fitness classes.

**Qualifications**:

- Certified Fitness Instructor with a recognized accreditation.
- Proven experience in leading group fitness classes.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Passion for promoting health and wellness.
- Familiarity with the fitness industry trends and the UAE market.
