**What We’re Looking For**
- Hands-on approach with a ‘can-do’ work attitude.

- Previous relevant serving experience is a plus.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a necessity.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Be passionate about maintaining a service standard that embraces time as the ‘new’ luxury and therefore delivers ‘FIVE-style’ service in a timely manner to the highest level of expectation - all while having fun with the FIVE Vibe
- Business Development skills are essential - personnel must have commercial savvy abilities in order to be able to identify opportunities to sell and upsell with guests, while keeping in mind FIVE policies.
- Support the smooth running of the venue, where all aspects of the guest’s Food & Beverage service experience are considered ‘FIVE-star’ all the way
- Work as part of a team that maximizes guest satisfaction and comfort, delivering a helpful and timely response to guest enquiries.
- Thorough knowledge of all of FIVE’s venues, menus, events and assorted guest offerings in order to assist guests at every opportunity.
- Take ownership of guest concerns, requests, and act decisively in order to ensure guest approval.
- Always be aware of guest preferences and assist in compiling guest history to offer a unique and personalised service, at all times.
- Ability to aptly process billing and related payments and adhere to all established control procedures for the same.
