Carry out day-to-day activities in accordance with departmental policies, procedures, and instructions, ensuring consistent and efficient work. Deliver exceptional service and unforgettable experiences to our valued guests.
Prioritize and adhere to all relevant Health, Safety, and Environment management procedures and controls within your designated area, contributing to Venue3 Fitness' commitment to providing world-class hospitality services.
Arrange appointments with clients to initiate new memberships or follow up on previous memberships
Supervise the front desk, handle incoming calls, warmly welcome customers upon their arrival at the gym, and provide information about the facility's services
Attend to fundamental customer service responsibilities, such as answering phone calls, addressing clients by their names, helping them book facilities, follow-up and checking in members
Update member records with updated contact information and payment details
Maintain membership records and process fees as instructed by management
Collect payments from members for gym services rendered
Explain facility policies and procedures to new members, assisting them in familiarizing themselves with the facility
Make announcements regarding gym events, facility policies, or any other relevant information through the public address system
**Job Types**: Full-time, Commission
**Salary**: From AED3,000.00 per month
