Job Brief
Office Administrator or invoice clerk /
Duties and Responsibilites
- Answering the phone at a reception desk or in a specific department and transferring calls as needed
- Collecting, filing and organizing office documents, such as reports and confidential records
- Monitoring office inventory and ordering supplies
- Transcribing or taking notes during meetings and writing minutes, memos and/or agendas
- Preparing or processing invoices or estimates
- Assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable, including simple bookkeeping and banking tasks
- Packaging and shipping company materials

- Prepare and Dispatch Parcels daily.
- process orders daily.
- prepare AWBs for daily shipments.
- maintain stocks and track inventory.
- Handle stocks, prepare the instructions as directed by the supervisor.
- sales and purchase data entry daily.
- Perform reception duties in an efficient, professional and courteous manner.
- Collects payments by accepting cash, card.
- Balances cash drawer by counting cash at beginning and end of work shift.
- Must have good knowledge of computer usage.
- can work under pressure
- Able to complete quality work in an efficient manner within agreed timeframes.
Job requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience preferably in beauty center or pharmacy.
- Excellent communication skill in English.
- Hardworking and willing to work under demanding work
