Descriptif du poste
En tant que Key Account Manager chez Lexis Nexis France, vous serez le point de contact privilégié pour nos comptes clients stratégiques professionnels du droit, jouant un rôle clé dans la gestion et le développement de relations clients fructueuses. Vous serez responsable de promouvoir et de maximiser l'utilisation de nos solutions SaaS innovantes à forte valeur ajoutée, tout en veillant à la satisfaction et à la fidélisation de la clientèle Grands Comptes.
Déplacements sur toute la France à prévoir.
Missions principales:
- Vous ferez un ciblage des comptes, ainsi que leur cartographie (méthode MEDDIC par exemple) afin d'identifier vos interlocuteurs,
- Vous élaborerez la stratégie commerciale et exécuterez des plans d'actions commerciaux associés, à travers une prospection multicanale (téléphone, réseaux sociaux, etc...), pour promouvoir les offres, produits et services, en alignement avec les objectifs définis à destination de nouveaux clients Grands Comptes
- Vous participerez à des salons et des évènements pour promouvoir l'offre de produits/services auprès de prospects, ainsi que sur les réseaux sociaux
- Vous identifierez les besoins et attentes des prospects afin de proposer des solutions adaptées et vous réaliserez des présentations commerciales de l'offre et des produits/services
- Vous négocierez et conclurez des contrats avec les nouveaux clients / comptes stratégiques et vous coordonnerez les différents services internes pour la bonne exécution des contrats clés
- Vous utiliserez les outils de suivi des actions commerciales, notamment le CRM (SalesForce), pour mettre à jour les informations et suivre l'avancement des projets.
- Vous rendrez compte régulièrement des actions engagées et de leur progression lors des points d'activité commerciale.
- Vous analyserez en continu les marchés et la concurrence pour identifier les opportunités de développement commercial
Profil recherché:
- Vous avez une expérience avérée de travail réussi dans un rôle de développement commercial dans un environnement de vente B2B stimulant et axé sur le commerce.
- Vous avez des compétences solides et éprouvées en négociation et une connaissance appliquée des meilleures techniques de vente, y compris la négociation, les compétences de présentation et la communication générale.
- Vous avez pour réflexe l’utilisation d’une approche centrée sur le client et axée sur le profit
- Vous êtes capable d'absorber et de conserver une grande quantité d'informations sur les produits, les systèmes et le marché. Disposer d’une connaissance du secteur d'activité et des produits/services de l'entreprise serait un plus.
- Vous êtes animé par la conquête de nouveaux comptes
- Vous avez déjà évolué dans un environnement international (anglais professionnel)
Formation et expérience:
- Formation commerciale niveau Bac+5 ou équivalent
- 7 ans minimum d'expérience réussie dans un poste de commercial
- Maîtrise des outils bureautiques et de gestion de la relation client
