**Job Description: PSBD Security Guard**

Position Summary:
As a PSBD (Private Security Business Department) Security Guard, your primary responsibility is to ensure the safety and security of the assigned premises and personnel. You will be expected to follow established protocols, maintain a professional demeanor, and provide exceptional customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Access Control: Monitor and control access to the premises by verifying the identity of individuals, checking credentials, and maintaining a log of visitors and vehicles entering or leaving the site.

2. Patrol and Surveillance: Conduct regular patrols of the premises to detect and deter unauthorized activities, suspicious behavior, or potential security breaches. Use surveillance systems and equipment effectively to monitor the surroundings.

3. Incident Response: Respond promptly to security incidents, including alarms, disturbances, and emergencies. Take appropriate actions to mitigate risks, notify the appropriate authorities, and document incidents accurately.

4. Crowd Control: Maintain order and safety during events or situations that involve a large gathering of people. Manage crowd movements, diffuse conflicts, and ensure compliance with established rules and regulations.

5. Security Procedures: Adhere to all security policies, procedures, and protocols set by the organization or client. Implement measures to protect assets, prevent theft, and maintain a secure environment.

6. Emergency Preparedness: Familiarize yourself with emergency response plans, evacuation procedures, and safety protocols. Provide assistance during drills and emergencies, ensuring the safety and well-being of occupants.

7. Customer Service: Interact with clients, employees, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner. Provide assistance, answer inquiries, and address concerns while maintaining a friendly and approachable demeanor.

8. Report Writing: Prepare accurate and detailed reports on incidents, daily activities, and any other relevant information. Maintain proper documentation and submit reports to the appropriate personnel within the specified timeframes.

Qualifications and Skills:

- High school diploma or equivalent (some positions may require additional certifications)
- Proven experience in security-related roles is preferred
- PSBD security license or certification, as required by local regulations
- Strong observational skills with the ability to detect suspicious activities or behaviors
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations
- Basic computer literacy to operate security systems and report writing software
- Physical fitness and ability to stand, walk, or patrol for extended periods
- Understanding of legal guidelines and regulations related to security operations

**Salary**: AED2,000.00 - AED3,200.00 per month
