**Receptionist (RUSSIAN-Speaker or EMIRATIS)**

**Position **Type: Full Time

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Welcome visitors, clients, and guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Answer and direct incoming calls, providing accurate information and routing calls to appropriate personnel.
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area.
- Maintaining the office area clean, and well-maintained.
- Assist various departments with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and conference calls.
- Prepare and distribute internal communications and memos as needed.
- Should be able to speak Russian (proficient/native) or an Arab Emirati
- Provide information, directions, and assistance to visitors and clients, ensuring a positive experience.
- Handle inquiries and resolve issues promptly or escalate to the appropriate team member.
- Office Supplies and Inventory
- Maintain organized and up-to-date files, both physical and electronic.
- Assist in creating and editing documents, presentations, and reports.
- Demonstrate cultural awareness and sensitivity when interacting with clients and visitors from diverse backgrounds.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training is a plus.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred.
- **Strong communication skills in English, Russian/Arabic, both verbal and written**.
- Proficiency in [specify relevant software and tools, e.g., Microsoft Office Suite].
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.

**From Mon-Fri (9:00 am - 6:00pm)**

**Salary**: AED4,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
