**Icon Delux Hotel Apartments, is looking for Two Experienced Philippine Chef.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook a variety of Filipino dishes with consistency and quality.
- Assist in menu creation and daily specials.
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation in accordance with our standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen space.
- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are consistently met.
- Manage kitchen staff and collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor inventory, ordering supplies, and ensuring kitchen efficiency.
- Contribute to maintaining food costs and reducing waste.

**Requirements**:

- Proven minimum 2 years experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role, with a focus on Filipino cuisine.
- Knowledge of Filipino ingredients, cooking methods, and traditional dishes.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
- A passion for Filipino food and culinary traditions.
- Ability to lead and work as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
