We are seeking a talented and dedicated Commis Chef to join our cloud kitchen team. This is a small team operation, focusing on delivery-only services. As a Commis Chef, you will work closely with the team leader and other team members, tackling everything from mise-en-place to frying, sauce preparation and handling the grill.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in the food preparation process, including the seasoning of various meats and the washing, peeling, and chopping of vegetables and fruits.
- Handle fryers & prepare shakes.
- Monitor and maintain all kitchen equipment, ensuring a clean and organized work environment.
- Maintaining CCP records & process checklists on a daily basis.
- Receive deliveries, ensuring that all ordered items are delivered and meet quality standards.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and quality control.
- Conduct inventory checks and assist with stock management.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient operations, especially during peak hours.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience as a Commis Chef, Line Cook, or similar role in a Quick Serve Restaurant or Restaurant Setting.
- UAE work experience is an added advantage but not mandatory.
