**Job description**

**Clan Investment**, a holding Company based in Dubai, UAE with multiple subsidiaries is seeking a **Public Relations Officer / Government Liaison Officer (PRO)**.

**Job Purpose**:As a **Public Relations Officer / Government Liaison Officer (PRO)**, you will be responsible to manage all governmental and administrative procedures related to the Company, subsidiaries and staff. The role will involve liaising with government departments, handling documentation, and ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as the primary point of contact between the Company and local government authorities to ensure compliance with all local regulations.
- Ensure all company documents are accurate, current, and in compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Initiate and Renew labor cards, Emirates IDs, Medical Fitness and OHC, Residence and all other necessary documentation for employees in timely and organized manner.
- Address and resolve any issues that arise during the registration or renewal processes.
- Assist in the preparation of documents and/or letters for legal and government approvals to ensure prompt renewal of Company licenses/permits with the concerned entities.
- Prepare and submit of all the necessary documentation to the concerned authorities, as needed.
- Assist with all other functions like renewal of vehicle permits, and formalities with ministries and embassies.
- Update the Company Management on all new rules/regulations of the immigration and the labor department.
- Handle other administrative tasks as required by the Company.

**Qualifications**
- Knowledge of UAE Labor Law and all related government formalities.
- Knowledge of KSA employment formalities & portals will be an asset.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- KSA: 1 year (preferred)

- Arabic (preferred)

License/Certification:

- understanding of government-related portals (required)
