- Manage planning and delivery of current OSS projects.
- Coordinate with vendors for clearly defining and agreeing on OSS delivery projects as per the defined project scope.
- Coordinate with different service operations and business verticals to capture their requirements with respect to OSS Systems.
- Project phases/milestones receiving of handled OSS projects.
- Vendor negotiation for costs related to handled OSS projects.
- Establish proper communication between all touch points teams for clear project requirements capturing and clear scope of work through regular operational activities and meetings.
- Interface with internal counter parts teams in technology and business to optimize project delivery as per the given project plan.
- Proactively seek to update the knowledge and understanding of OSS latest updates, processes and operations
- Develop and agree with direct supervisor for plans to continually build own skills and knowledge through understanding own strengths and weaknesses.
- Take pro-active and corrective actions as necessary and within established guidelines on improving OSS related processes, policies, and SLA to produce better results.

Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor degree in Engineering or Information Management**Experience**:

- Minimum 4 years of experience in OSS role in Telecom industry
