Process daily e-commerce outbound documentation, such as pick and pack lists, and courier waybills.
- Data entry, Perform & Maintain accurate inventory records through the use of a computerized inventory system
- Reconcile inventory as needed across various online marketplaces through the eWMS system.
- Raise invoicing and send it to customers
- Handling of warehouse documentation for order fulfillment and deliveries
- Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned
- Handling admin duties in the warehouse such as organizing inbound and outbound tally sheet
- Prepare and print delivery notes
- Making sure that all inventory processes are completed
- Ensure goods are received and delivered on time
- Perform a stock check on a weekly basis and report to the Warehouse Manager
- Update and manage the stock in the WMS and manage the physical inventory of the warehouse
- Perform any other task when assigned by managers
- Relevant warehouse process and Warehouse Management System (WMS) qualifications
- Excellent in using Warehouse Management Systems
- Will be speaking to customers’ inquiry
- Processing customer orders
- Liaising with warehouse staff and queries
- Assists in maintaining, weekly, monthly, and annual reports based on company policies
- Assist warehouse manager/supervisor in warehouse operation

**Salary**: Negotiable upon interview

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
