**SAP TRM Lead Consultant**

**Responsibility**
- Understand customer’s business requirements and translate into solution architecture.
- Engage with customers and conduct workshops on architecting end-end TRM solutions.
- Take the “brief” to identify clients’ needs and put together feasibility reports and design proposals.
- Develop ideas keeping in mind client’s needs, building’s usage and environmental impact.
- Produce detailed blueprints and make any necessary corrections.
- Compile project specifications.
- Build and deliver Proof of Concept (PoCs) to convince the customer with solution.
- Demonstrate passion for Finance/ Tax Solutions/PSCD (Public Sector Collection and Disbursement) domain.
- Lead and coach team of consultants.
- Follow architecture trends and advancements in SAP TRM.

**S**AP Skills**
- 5-8 years of experience in one or more SAP modules.
- At least two full life-cycle implementation projects (from Blueprint/Explore through Go-Live).
- Understanding of SAP Activate Methodology.
- Ability to lead workstream activities on a project.
- Understanding of integration between modules.
- Leads detailed module-specific configuration and master data development.
- Ability to use Service Marketplace to create tickets, research notes, review release notes, and solution roadmaps as well as provide guidance to customers on release strategy.

**Project Requirements**
- Overall, 12-15 years of experience in SAP using Tax & Revenue Management, FICO, FICA, PSCD
- Should have architected at least two to three TRM, PSCD solutions for government/public sector organizations.
- Thorough understanding of the interpretation of Legislation, SAP TRM Architecture & Configuration including new-age UI.
- Should have experience in leading requirement gathering workshops, business blueprint preparation and solution design, preparation of functional specifications, role, and authorization creation in SAP TRM for new objects.
- Data migration knowledge.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, matured in client partnering role.
- Willing to global travel for project implementation & pre-sales
- Leadership experience in full cycle implementation is highly desired.
- Excellent verbal communication, written communication, and presentation skills Ability to travel as needed and to work flexible hours throughout geographies.

**Business Skills**
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, the ability to clearly and concisely communicate with others.
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
- Understanding of business processes for focus area or module.
- Ability to do research and perform detailed tasks.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Understands how to solve detailed SAP problems.
- Understands and can explain best business practices, especially those that SAP enables.

- Aptitude for working in a team environment; problem-solving skills, creative thinking, communicating clearly and empathetically, strong time management, and ability to collaborate with all levels of staff.
- Ability to explain ideas and concepts to other project team members and to client personnel.
- Has a solid foundation for consulting “soft” skills necessary for client engagements.
- Ability to identify upsell opportunities and assist in the management of scope.
