Executive Assistant with Accounting Background

We are looking for a young and eager **Executive Assistant with an Accounting background **to do executive assistant and accounting roles.
**About the Role**
**Core Responsibilities**
- Basic accounting tasks and making reports (must have excellent knowledge on MS Excel)
- Payroll processing
- Coordinating with Suppliers
- Other executive tasks assigned by the Partners
**Qualifications**
- Preferably with 2 years of working experience in the related field.
- Excellent understanding of accounting concepts and best practices
- Analytical mindset and critical thinking
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Offices, especially MS Excel.
- Accountancy Graduate or w/ Master’s Degree
**Essential**
- Communicate effectively and at all levels, be it at the board level, or with colleagues.
- Have a high level of personal responsibility, and be able to establish and initiate own work and set own objectives and milestones. Be capable of advising and offering objectives for others.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
