**Responsibilities**:

- Assist MEP technicians and tradespeople with various tasks related to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing installations and repairs.
- Carry materials and tools to and from work areas, ensuring that they are organized and readily accessible.
- Clean and prepare work areas, including removing debris, sweeping floors, and disposing of waste materials.
- Assist with the installation and assembly of MEP components, such as pipes, conduits, fixtures, and equipment.
- Learn and follow safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
- Perform other general labor duties as assigned by supervisors or senior team members.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a general helper or laborer is preferred.
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills in the MEP field.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are a plus.
