Al Masaood Power Division (Volvo Penta) is hiring a Foreman for their Dubai office who would be responsible for the following work
- Perform overhauling/repair activity on Boat Hoist/ OHT Cranes
- Perform overhauling/repair activity on Hydraulic pumps and systems.
- Perform servicing and function tests on the Boat Hoist products at sites and carry out repair/preventive maintenance and adjustment/calibration as required. Conduct acceptance test upon completion of work.
- Check installation of Boat Hoist products, setting to work and commissioning ASCOM/Marine Travelift /AICRANE/CIMOLAI products together with customer representatives according to manufacture standard and policies.
- Provide status of work in hand and prepare travel report / service report upon completion of work (final report) or after return from an assignment that is not completed and to be continued in later time and maintain the service record (intermediate status report)
- Deal with technical inquiries from customers to colleagues whether in the capacity of your own knowledge or by assisting experts in providing the clarification.
- Assist in ensuring quality control and order in work process in workshop and field regarding to time to time management, attire of service staff and communication with customer (representatives)

Upkeep the cleanliness of workplace inhouse and on site
- Team efforts as needed, Timeliness of deliveries
- Job Support on:

- Diagnostics
- Dismantling of Engine Components
- Inspection & assess reusability of Parts
- Parts list and costing/resourcing with OEM/suppliers
- Reduce the cost & improve the repair time management
- Prepare quotations, Secure jobs and assembly
- Ensure quality and prepare assembly, repair processes.
- Testing of engine or full test on site
- Job closing request, Inventory in WIP Closing
- Statutory duty to take care for the Health & Safety of themselves and others that may be affected by their actions or omissions at work.
- Accountable for implementing applicable quality, environmental, health and safety programs in their area of responsibility.

**5- 10 experience with below**:

- Familiar and Hands on servicing and function tests on the ASCOM/Marine Travelift /AICRANE/CIMOLAI products repair/preventive maintenance and adjustment/calibration.
- Familiar and Handson Boat Hoist acceptance/load testing
- Familiar and Handson Boat Hoist system troubleshooting and problem fixing.
- Assembly and commissioning installation of Boat Hoist (ASCOM/Marine Travelift /AICRANE/CIMOLAI) products according to manufacture standard and procedures.
- Boat Hoist Steering/traction control electronics systems (load limiter/ PLC/position sensors/hydraulic sensors/remote control etc..) adjustment and calibration
- Boat Hoist Monitoring and control system adjustment, calibration and commissioning
- Overhauling of Hydraulic Pumps/winches/Power Pack/drives/valves/cylinders
- Certification from any of the Boat manufactures (ASCOM/Marine Travelift /AICRANE/CIMOLAI) for various levels/systems on technical side.
- Hydraulic system function and control system
- PLC certification

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dulles, VA 20189: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Salary**: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
