**Key Performance Indicators (Measurable)**
**Student Behaviour.**
- Prepares the rules and regulation in accordance with MOE/SPEA regulations.- Build positive relationship with students and parents.- Talk and counsel students with behaviour issues.- Issue violation to students when needed and inform the parent about the same.- Call parents as and when required keeping the Supervisor and SLT informed about the communication details.- Maintain documentation related to student behaviour, violation, parent meetings and MOE visits.- Ensure awareness campaigns for behaviour and bullying by conducting lessons in the class and outside.- Conduct workshops and activities for student welfare.- Emphasize on personality development of students including uniform and personal grooming.- Take responsibility of section discipline along with section Supervisor.- Track the behaviour progress of students identified with maximum behavioural issues.- Train academic staff on student behaviour management.- Conduct class observations. Prepare reports on the basis of these observations and plan for remedial/improvement measures in discussion with Senior Leadership team of School.- On basis of reports/analysis, conduct awareness/training session with respective section teachers to inform them about the issues and offer possible solutions.**Coordination with school personnel.**
- Plan, implement and evaluate behaviour improvement plan with Supervisor and SLT.- Provide diagnosis of behavioural disabilities.- Collaborate with teacher and supervisor to assess student’s social and emotional hindrance to academic success.- Intervene immediately and support the teachers to stop fights, vandalism, unruly behaviour etc.- Assist the section Supervisor as and when required by providing support in classes and outside.**Pastoral Duties**
- Monitor the wellbeing of all students.- Link students and parents with school community.- Ensure safety of students.- Follow up on student behaviour matters referred by teacher, Supervisor or any other staff member.- Support student and parent to understand policies.- Communicate, as appropriate, with parents of students and persons or bodies outside the school concerned with the welfare of individual students, after consultation with Principal.**Records and Reporting.**
- Maintain a logbook for communication with parents and parent meetings.- Maintain entries of all violations issued and action taken.- Maintain record of incident reports with serial/reference number and signature of concerned school personnel and submit them for inspection by internal or external authorities as and when demanded, with the approval of Principal.- Ensure the section boards are updated with school and MOE rules.-
- Track and report behaviour progress of chronic behaviour cases.**Compliance**
- Contribute to the corporate life of the school through effective participation in meetings and management systems necessary to coordinate the health and safety of the school.- Conduct awareness sessions for the students appropriate to their age and gender.- Conducts awareness sessions for school staff.- Inform the Supervisor and Principal of any emergency or incident immediately before calling the Parent.- Promote relations with other schools which will enable us to be updated about events and campaigns conducted in other schools.- Maintain updates and circulars received from SPEA.- Maintain external relations with personnel who can conduct workshops/campaigns.- Maintain confidentiality of student privacy.- Maintain confidentiality on matters related to school, student, staff, data and infrastructure.- Follow all mandatory rules of all governing authorities such as SPEA, MOE, MOH, Municipality etc and avoid any retribution or fines from any of these or similar authorities.**Skills Description**
