**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Education (B.PED) or a related field is mandatory.
- Relevant teaching certification or license is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years Experience in teaching PE at the primary/secondary school is necessary

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Development**:

- Design and implement an engaging physical education curriculum that meets educational standards.
- Incorporate various sports, fitness activities, and health education into lesson plans.
- **Instruction**:

- Deliver effective instruction in physical education, promoting physical literacy and healthy lifestyle choices.
- Adapt lessons to address the diverse needs and skill levels of students.
- **Assessment**:

- Evaluate student performance through regular assessments and provide constructive feedback.
- Monitor and track individual student progress and development in physical skills and fitness levels.
- **Safety and Equipment Management**:

- Ensure a safe and conducive learning environment during physical activities.
- Manage and maintain sports equipment and facilities, ensuring they are in good condition.
- **Promotion of Physical Activity**:

- Encourage student participation in physical activities and school sports events.
- Organize and oversee extracurricular sports programs, competitions, and events.
- **Student Engagement and Motivation**:

- Foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere that promotes teamwork and sportsmanship among students.
- Motivate students to set personal fitness goals and achieve them.
- **Collaboration**:

- Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress in physical education.
- **Professional Development**:

- Pursue continuing education and professional development opportunities to stay updated with the latest trends in physical education.
- Attend workshops, conferences, and training as required.
- **Health and Wellness Advocacy**:

- Promote overall health and wellness in the school community through programs and initiatives.
- Educate students about nutrition, fitness, and healthy lifestyle choices.
