**Company overview**: based in Jeddah, the company owns a property with over 260 residential units along with retail units. To date most units are rented.

**Job Summary**:

- Managing the maintenance and sales team
- To oversee the day-to-day operation of the property.
- Dealing with tenant requests.
- Dealing with facilities, pool, gym etc

**Main responsibilities**:

- successfully increasing occupancy and sales rate.
- Marketing and sales strategy.
- Safety and cleanliness of the property.
- Daily tenant concerns.

**Qualifications**:

- 5 years’ experience in property management.
- Real estate knowledge.
- Experience in GCC.
- Fluent in Arabic, and English.
- Experience in client-facing.

**Reporting structure**:

- the property manager will report directly to the managing director of the company.
